Abstract
The price developments of various commodities in May 2024 generally showed an increase. According to the monitoring results from BPS-Statistics Kampar Regency, in May 2025 there was a year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation of 0.32 percent, indicated by a rise in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 109.03 in May 2024 to 109.38 in May 2025. The month-to-month (m-to-m) deflation rate was 1.37 percent, while the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate was 1.39 percent.
