Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Kampar Regency 2021

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics Indonesia to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in SKD 2021 are consumers who have received services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit since January 1, 2021 – the end of the enumeration. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2021 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as supporting materials for improving the quality of data and statistical information, as well as providing good service. The SKD results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service unit performance, analysis of anti-corruption behavior, analysis of data needs, and analysis of consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The SKD results show that Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for BPS Services at PST BPS Kampar Regency is 87.95.
