Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics Indonesia to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in SKD 2024 are consumers who have received services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit since January 1, 2024 – the end of the enumeration. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2024 is to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, also aims to identify data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.The SKD results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service unit performance, analysis of anti-corruption behavior, analysis of data needs, and analysis of consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
