Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The success of BPS services can be measured by the percentage of customer satisfaction with BPS services. The percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the services at PST BPS-Statistics of Kampar Regency is 86.41%.
